GT-9 series engine oils are premium lubricants, formulated using robust technology additive system (combined with highly stable synthetic or paraffinic base oils) suited to demanding performance and emissions requirements of modern high power density—downsized—naturally aspirated or turbocharged gasoline engines. They are equally suited for earlier engines calling for ILSAC GF-4 or GF-3 spec oils.
GT-9 series engine oils’ well balanced chemistry provides outstanding wear resistance and cleanliness properties. It exerts robust control over sludge and varnish formation due to its high resistance against thermal degradation.
GT-9 series engine oils offer reduced emissions, improved fuel efficiency and catalytic converter compatibility.
GT-9 series engine oil’s versatility extends to engines operating on alternative fuels such as LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) or CNG (compressed natural gas), including high-ethanol gasoline (E-85) making it an excellent choice for a broad range of current and earlier gasoline engines.
GT-9 series engine oil technology offer reduced friction, better fuel economy, sludge and deposit protection for majority of vehicles on the road including those with higher clocked mileage requiring viscosity grades such as SAE 10W40 or 20W50 oils.
