DT-11
DT-11
Fully Synthetic, Semi Synthetic, and Conventional
DT-11 series engine oils are ranked amongst the most premium lubricants, formulated using specially designed, advance technology additive system (combined with highly stable paraffinic base oils or synthetic oils) particularly suited to demanding performance and emissions requirements of modern and earlier 4-stroke diesel engines.
DT-11 series engine oils are designed for use in on-highway vehicles equipped with DPF (Diesel Particulate Filters) and cooled EGR running on Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (0.0015% or 15 ppm Sulphur content). DT-11 series engine oils are equally adept for use in on-highway or off-highway vehicles without aftertreatment devices, such as DPF, when running on diesel fuel containing up to 0.05% or 500 ppm Sulphur content.
DT-11 series engine oils utilize an additive system with high thermal tolerance making them highly resistant to degradation and depletion where high heat stress is a common occurrence—usually in off-highway and stationary engine applications.
DT-11 series engine oils excel in their ability over soot management, high temperature deposit control, shear and oxidation resistance, wear on engine components, and corrosion superseding lower designations such as CI-4, CH-4, CG-4, and CF-4 when up to 0.05% or 500 ppm Sulphur content diesel fuel is used.
DT-11 series engine oils are inherently extended drain interval oils with very high capacity for soot handling preventing soot related wear and thickening.
DT-11 series engine oils boast a well-balanced chemistry with adequate alkalinity reserves (base number) to function as intended while preserving aftertreatment devices and longevity of an engine.
Features:
- Remarkable anti-wear properties and shielding against cylinder bore polishing.
- Excellent ability to withstand harsh operating condition due to very high thermal stability.
- Superb ability to manage soot, varnish control, and carbon deposits at rings and pistons.
- Durable performance over a wide range of fuel sulfur content.
- Exceptional resistance to oxidation induced thickening resulting in sludge formation mitigation.
- Increased engine service life, reduced emissions and maintenance costs, and better fuel economy.
- Highly shear resistant with durable film strength, preventing metal-to-metal contact even during prolonged continuous operation while maintaining optimal lubricity.
